JUNE: Move With Intention

It’s June, and if you’re anything like me, the pull to do more can feel strong, but this month, we’re choosing something different. This month, we’re learning how to build a routine that supports us - not overwhelms us. The goal is to start weaving movement into your day so naturally that it becomes almost effortless! That’s why some of the practices this month are a little shorter than usual. Simple but it's going to feel really good! Remember - consistency is key!

💡 Recommended Props: Yoga mat, cushion or block, blanket, journal, and your favorite calming tea for evening practice.
