ABOUT SHARRON:
Sharron is a mama, yoga teacher, and meditation guide with over 25 years of experience. Her work now focuses on helping women (and men), to slow down, reconnect with their body, and create space for calm, clarity, and presence.
Blending yoga, breath, and meditation, she offers simple, supportive practices that meet you where you are, without pressure or overwhelm.
RESTORE is an extension of that.

How do the live sessions work?
Live classes are held on Zoom. You’ll receive a schedule with class dates and times. Please note: Live classes are not recorded, so be sure to join in real time!
How does ZOOM work?
1. Download the Zoom app on handphone or computer (free).
2. Login and sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page.
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice and enjoy!
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat is recommended. Props like blocks, straps, or bolsters are helpful but optional, household items work too!
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! RESTORE is for all levels, and everything is designed to meet you where you're at.
Can I download the videos?
No downloads needed! All videos are streamed directly through the website, just press play and enjoy.
How do I cancel or update my subscription?
Simply go to your User Profile in the top-right corner when logged in. You can cancel or update payment details anytime - no fuss.
