Slow Flow Evening Yoga (Online)

Take time to unwind, soothe, and cultivate inner peace with this 45-minute evening yoga session. We’ll move gently through a series of close-to-the-ground poses, leaving you feeling relaxed, centered, and calm to end your day. All levels welcome.

Recommended props:
🧘 Yoga mat, yoga block, and a blanket for comfort.
👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing—even your PJs!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (it's free).

2. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

3. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off.

6. Live Zoom sessions are all recorded, so all participants will be muted when class begins.

My online classes do have a small fee, as it helps support the time and energy I put into creating content for you. Think of it as a little energy exchange! Your support means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you who participates. 🙏🏼

Welcome! I'm Sharron Rajni - Student of Life. With a background in hospitality, I have connected to thousands of people and combined my skills and passions to help individuals, connect to their natural gifts and resources, gain more clarity in order to make better choices and accept and love yourself exactly where you are in life. Through teaching yoga, meditation and breath work, I also help to facilitate awareness of what is happening in the body, how it works with the mind, and how both can work harmoniously together. Lately, it feels like there’s so much disconnection, and community is more powerful than ever. Join me for the monthly community, Online Stretch & Relax, a gentle, slow-flow class to help you unwind, release tension, and end your day feeling grounded.

We’ll start with a guided meditation to reset your nervous system, then move into slow stretching and relaxation.

All levels welcome, whether you’ve practiced with me before or it’s your first time, this is a calm, supportive space to stretch, breathe, and relax together.

Meditation Yoga Nidra (Online)

Unwind, recharge, and restore with our live Yoga Nidra sessions, part of the Gentle Starts & Calm Nights offering. Perfect for evenings when you want to let go of the day, calm your nervous system, and drift into deep relaxation.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation, sometimes called “yogic sleep.” You remain fully aware while your body and mind enter a state of deep rest, helping release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance.

Plus: Spontaneous morning meditations may also be scheduled.

Who it’s for: All levels welcome. No previous experience needed, just a willingness to rest and be present.

What you’ll need:

  • A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Optional props: blanket, pillow, or bolster to support your body

Investment:

  • Included in our yoga packages for a simple, seamless way to practice regularly.
  • Or pay €10 per session if you’d like to join individually.
