In this class, we explore the Five Element Form, a gentle yet powerful movement and energy practice taught by Peter Clifford. Rooted in ancient Himalayan traditions, this practice was originally used to build strength, resilience, and balance.
The class works with five natural elements:
Earth – to feel grounded, stable, and supported
Water – to encourage flow, ease, and adaptability
Fire – to awaken creativity and motivation
Air – to restore energy and vitality
Space (Akasha) – to reconnect and feel whole again
Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, this practice supports physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection.
It is especially helpful if you’re feeling tired, stuck, uninspired, or disconnected.
