As busy women, we often give so much of ourselves to others that we forget to nurture the most important relationship of all - the one we have with ourselves. Cultivating self-love allows us to move through life with more grace, honoring our needs without guilt.

When we open our hearts, we invite more love, joy, and connection, and guess what, we begin to soften inside and out.
