August is here, and it’s your invitation to soften. To slow down. To let yourself rest, DEEPLY. This month inside RESET, we’re leaning into Deep Rest & Restoration... not as a luxury, but as a way back to yourself. Think gentle movement, evening rituals, and space to just be. Let it be simple. Let it be enough.

We’re arriving into the month with a full moon in Aquarius, bringing a wave of clarity, perspective, and a reminder that rest is a radical act. You don’t have to do more to be more. Just come as you are.


💡 Recommended Props: Yoga mat, cushion or block, cozy blanket, journal, and your favorite cup of herbal tea (or cacao!) for evening rituals.
