January isn’t about starting again or doing more.
It’s about arriving, in your body, your breath, and your life… just as you are.
After the busyness of December, this month offers you space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and begin the year without pressure or expectation.
There’s nothing to fix.
Nothing to catch up on.
Just a gentle invitation to be here - and be OK with that.
January is held by the theme Arriving Gently, which flows through everything we share together this month. You're welcome to take part in as much or as little as feels right for you.
4 x 45-minute sessions
Each Sunday offers a slow, nourishing practice designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and supported.
These classes are:
unhurried and gentle
guided with choice and permission
suitable for tired bodies and busy minds
supportive through peri-menopause and menopause
Across the month, the practices gently move from arriving, to settling, being here, and finally to resting where you are.
You’re always encouraged to pause, rest, or simply lie down whenever you need.
Recommended props:
Yoga mat, blocks, strap, bolsters, pillows, blankets, cushions, eye pillow, and loose, comfortable clothing - anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.
Live sessions:
Go to the members area page [HERE], scroll down to find the next scheduled dates, and press Register for the class you’d like to attend.
A nourishing get together to pause, reflect, and reset, without pressure to set goals or intentions.
This session includes:
gentle grounding, arrival + real talk about midlife
guided journaling (no sharing required)
soft, simple movement to release tension
a long, supported Savasana
a quiet closing ritual to support the month ahead
This circle offers space to acknowledge where you are right now and to offer yourself care, especially supportive during peri-menopause, menopause, and times of change.
A short, calming audio meditation to support rest, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
Perfect for:
winding down in the evening
moments of overwhelm or anxiety
returning to yourself during busy days
You’re welcome to return to this practice as often as you like throughout the month.
“I arrive without rushing.”
You’re invited to hold this mantra gently, returning to it whenever you notice pressure, urgency, or self-judgement creeping in.
You don’t need to earn rest.
You don’t need to begin the year perfectly.
You don’t need to be more organised, motivated, or disciplined.
January inside RESET is here to remind you that you’re already allowed to arrive.
Sending Love,
Sharron ♥️
