JULY: Joyful Living & Expansion

July is here, and we’re not just surviving, we are EXPANDING!

This month, it’s all about saying YES to the things that bring us joy. That may be something creative like painting, journaling, baking, spending more time with friends or getting out into nature, even challenging yourself a little with daily meditation. Think of those things you wish you could do, but don't do for whatever reason. Discover perhaps a different purpose and slow down and make space what what really matters.

We’re shifting from autopilot to intentional living. In RESET this month, some practices are short and sweet. We're slowing down the nervous system, and getting consistent!

💡 Recommended Props: Yoga mat, cushion or block, cozy blanket, journal, and your favorite cup of herbal tea (or cacao!) for evening rituals.
