MARCH 2026: Re-Awakening

March Theme:

March isn’t about rushing into change or suddenly becoming full of energy.

It’s about noticing the quiet return of movement in your body, your thoughts, your life.

After the softness and self-kindness of the past months, this is where we begin to gently open again.
Not forcing.
Not pushing.
Simply allowing new energy to appear in its own time.

This month invites curiosity.

Where might life be stirring again?
Where do you feel a small spark of motivation, creativity, or possibility?

You don’t have to act on it straight away.
Just notice and welcome it.

Let this be a month of gentle reawakening in your body, your breath, and your inner world.

March is held by the theme Reawakening, which flows through everything we share together this month.

You’re welcome to take part in as much or as little as feels right for you.


🧘‍♀️ Live Community: Sunday Gentle Slow Flow

4 x 45-minute sessions

Each Sunday offers a slow, nourishing practice designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and supported.

These classes are:

  • • unhurried and gentle
    • guided with choice and permission
    • suitable for tired bodies and busy minds
    • supportive through peri-menopause and menopause

Across the month, the practices gently move from awakening the body, to creating space, inviting movement, and finally setting into ease.

You’re always encouraged to pause, rest, or simply lie down whenever you need.

Recommended props:
Yoga mat, blocks, strap, bolsters, pillows, blankets, cushions, eye pillow, and loose, comfortable clothing - anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.

🎧 Audio Meditation (10 minutes)

A short meditation to help you reconnect with your breath and gently awaken your energy.

Perfect for:

• starting the day with intention
• creating a pause between activities
• reconnecting with yourself during busy moments

You’re welcome to return to this practice as often as you like throughout the month.


✨ March Mantra

“NEW ENERGY FLOWS THROUGH ME.”

This mantra isn’t about pushing yourself to do more.

It’s simply an invitation to stay open to the natural shifts happening within you.

Energy moves in seasons.

Sometimes we need deep rest and stillness.
And sometimes we begin to feel a quiet readiness to move again.

This month, you’re invited to notice where that gentle movement might be appearing.

Perhaps in your body.
Perhaps in your thoughts.
Perhaps in the way you want to care for yourself.

You don’t need to rush it.

Just allow the possibility that something new is beginning to flow.

Small moments of curiosity.
Small steps of openness.
