It’s May, and if you’re anything like me, the pace of life hasn’t really slowed - but something has shifted. Over the past few months, you’ve been making the effort to show up for yourself, to make time on the mat, and to reconnect with your body and breath. That’s powerful!
This month, we’re focusing on Energy & Vitality and not the kind that demands more from you, but the kind that gently supports you, even on the busiest days. We’ll begin by finding rhythm in the mornings, building strength where we need it most, slowing down when it matters, and ending the month with a chance to truly rest. Remember, it isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present. And you’re already doing it, one practice at a time.
