A gentle day to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.
If you’ve been feeling a bit tired or burnt out, stretched, or just in need of space… this day is for you.
We’ve created something really simple and nourishing, a space to move gently, rest deeply, reconnect and just be… alongside a small, supportive group of women.
No pressure. No expectations.
Just a chance to slow down and remember yourself again.
This day is really about coming home to yourself.
We’ll guide you through a mix of gentle movement, meditation, sound, and quiet reflection, nothing intense, just small, supportive practices that help you slow down and reconnect.
You might leave feeling lighter, clearer, or just a bit more like yourself again.
We’ll move through the day gently, with things like:
🌿 Opening and closing circles
🌿 Simple meditation practices
🌿 Gentle movement (5 Element Form)
🌿 Sound (crystal bowls and other instruments)
🌿 Gentle stress-releasing practices
🌿 Deep rest
🌿 Journaling
🌿 Space to connect
Everything is optional, and you’re always invited to go at your own pace.
We’ll have a nice spacious break in the middle of the day.
You can bring something with you or head out to grab food nearby, whatever feels easiest.

Sharron Rajni is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher based in the Austrian Alps, originally from England, who’s been supporting women since 2006, especially in midlife, to reconnect with their breath, body, and mind. She keeps things simple and real, sharing easy tools to help you slow down, feel calmer, and move through life’s changes with more ease, confidence, and a touch of joy and playfulness.

Darshana is an Ishaya Monk & Holistic Practitioner. She teaches Ascension & guided mediation & has been a therapist for over 20 years. Her current focus is on teaching meditation, practising sound therapy & giving one to one QEC sessions. Her passion is to help guide people back to the inner peace, freedom, joy, intuition & love within.
