I guide women in midlife, especially those moving through peri-menopause and big life shifts to pause, breathe consciously, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Life can feel rushed, noisy, and full of pressure to keep going.
Through simple, effective practices like breath work, gentle movement, and quiet-awareness, I help you create space in your day and in yourself to feel calm, clear, and more like you again.
No need to push harder, strive for perfection, or find hours you don’t have. Just small, meaningful shifts that meet you exactly where you are.
When you allow yourself even a few moments to slow down, everything starts to feel lighter, more spacious, and surprisingly doable.
I'm very new if not a beginner - can I still join?
Yes! You are welcome, to attend all classes if you have a curiosity to know more. You can even let me know at the beginning of the class if you feel you are a beginner or newbie so that I can look after you.
How many times should I practice yoga a week?
As many times as you want! Once, twice or more, you will experience the benefits of yoga. In the beginning, just listen to your body, you know its limits. After time, the more experience you have, the more noticeable the benefits, the more your desire to practice yoga.
Before class
It’s advisable to avoid eating 2-3 hours before class. This is because we will be moving the body in all sorts of ways. Twisting side to side, bending forwards and backwards, evening turning upside down. If you have a full stomach, this could prove to be uncomfortable. Alternatively, if you feel you need to eat – keep it light with a small smoothie perhaps, some nuts or piece of fruit.
What should I wear or what equipment do I need?
Wear light, loose comfortable clothing that lets your body breathe and move freely. Yoga is traditionally practised with bare feet.
For Props, I recommend a yoga mat, a bolster (or rolled up blanket), yoga strap (scarf) and block (big thick book).
